Before your Labrador puppy leaves our home, they will have received:
- A full physical examination by a licensed veterinarian
- Age-appropriate vaccinations and boosters
- Multiple rounds of deworming (starting at 2 weeks of age)
- Parasite prevention treatment (fleas, ticks, etc.)
- Detailed health records and vaccination chart
- Early socialization and gentle handling
Each puppy is issued a Health Certificate from our vet, confirming they are in good health at the time of sale.
🛡️ 1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee
We guarantee your puppy to be free from life-threatening genetic or congenital defects that would significantly affect their quality of life. This guarantee is valid for one (1) year from the puppy’s date of birth.
If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses your puppy with a hereditary condition (such as hip dysplasia, severe heart defects, or degenerative eye disease) that is considered debilitating or life-shortening:
- You must notify us in writing within 48 hours of the diagnosis.
- We may request a second opinion from a vet of our choosing.
- If confirmed, you will be eligible for one of the following: A replacement puppy of equal value (when available), OR A partial refund to cover medical expenses (to be discussed case by case).
🚫 What Our Health Guarantee Does Not Cover
To be fully transparent, our health guarantee does not cover:
- Minor or treatable health issues such as allergies, minor infections, parasites, or digestive upset (common in puppy transitions).
- Illnesses caused by negligence, poor diet, lack of vet care, or injury after the puppy leaves our care.
- Conditions not genetically linked or not deemed life-threatening.

- Provide proper veterinary care, vaccinations, nutrition, and a clean living environment.
- Avoid breeding the puppy until they are fully grown and cleared for breeding (if applicable).
